My passion is working with dynamic, smart, creative people who are up to doing big things in the world.

People often ask me, who are the partners in Naish Partners?

First, my clients are my partners.
Second, I collaborate with other independent consultants, which allows me to offer a wealth of resources to clients.

The consultants have extensive experience in their areas of expertise including:

Leadership Development and Assessment
Brand Development
Customer Experience & Insights
Market Research
Marketing Communications

For over 30 years I’ve been employed by and consulted with companies large and small, for profit and nonprofit, and it’s always been about moving to the next level.

I spent the first 15 years of my career working in companies:

  • CEO of The Flavia Group, a privately held licensing and publishing company
  • Executive Vice President of Marketing at YES! Entertainment, a start-up children’s toy company
  • Marketing and Brand Management positions at

– The Walt Disney Company, Consumer Products
– The Clorox Company

Naish Partners began in 1997. Consulting clients have included: Avery Dennison, Charles Schwab, ConocoPhillips, Foundation for Santa Barbara City College, Happy Family Brands, Wall Street Journal Online, as well as many small businesses and nonprofits.

From 2007-2015 I was the Executive Director of Congregation B’nai B’rith, a Reform Jewish Synagogue in Santa Barbara, CA, where I was instrumental in changing the culture, expanding our community, and tripling the budget.

While at CBB I continued consulting part-time and have recently returned to it full time, along with my new venture of facilitating executive leadership retreats and online business results programs.
